Bobblehead Joker fanart

My after school class teacher has a huge collection of bobblehead figurines which i am so jealous of, and we all decided to do one on the Joker, then we could do what ever background we wanted. Can't remember reason behind mine, but I wanted to do colours that I hadn't already done.
